Awesome, willing to go extra mile for her clients, cheerful, and dedicated. We had 6 houses to see on Friday while we were there - then at last minuted changed to add 3 more for Saturday - she made it happen. When we first she was very professional. We were looking for land to build on and a builder. The first thing she did set up a meeting with a highly recommended builder. That was such an asset to us because the builder educated us on what to look for in a lot. Once we found our dream lot we realized  we wanted more acreage. Genelle immediately located and contacted the land owners on each side of our lot and was able to negotiate a deal with one of them.
