MY MARKETING PLAN

• Professional photographs will be taken of your home.  I will work with you beforehand to be sure we have your home looking its best including a one hour staging appointment with a professional stager.  You will want these great photos to showcase your home! 
•  I will market your home all over the internet, not just on the MLS.  This gets more potential buyers to your front door! 
• I will make a walk through high definition video of your home and post it on the MLS, Facebook, and YouTube.  This helps potential buyers to understand the flow and layout of your home.  This also further promotes your home online. 
• Your home will have a single listing website.  I promote these websites on your flyer and other websites so your home gets maximum exposure.  
• After your home has a showing, I call the agent that showed your home to get the feedback, positive and negative, from the showing.  Feedback such as their clients thoughts of your home, the price, condition, etc.  I will then contact you to communicate the feedback so you are aware of the feedback.  
• I will tweak your home’s listing, change photos if needed, change text descriptions, etc. throughout the process. 
• I am serious about getting your home sold!  I will work with you to get it sold, and will not rest until it is sold.  I will guide you all the way through the process to make the entire experience as stress free for you as possible.
